Optimally Organic ESSIAC Tea Herbal Blend – A Key to Longevity!

Directions for General Health Use: 
Take a pinch of powdered Essiac Tea Herbs (approx. 1/4 teaspoon) and add to 3.5oz of boiling water (the water will boil down to about 3oz once brewed). Boil for 10 minutes with a cover, remove from heat, and let sit for an hour or more (up to 12 hours) before drinking. We just 1oz to 3oz of this brewed tea per day as it is quite impactful. The herbs are powdered and dissolve well – consuming the actual herbs with your tea is of the Greatest benefit!!! Refrigerate unused portion and drink cold or hot within 14 days. DO NOT strain off the herbs for more impactful results. These powdered herbs are fine enough to be taken as you drink the tea. Brewed Essiac tea may be added to juice or a smoothie. For best results, drink on an empty stomach and use with Optimally Organic Fulvic Ionic Minerals X350, X200 or X100. DO NOT TAKE ESSIAC TEA IF PREGNANT OR LACTATING. Once the Essiac tea herbs are brewed they should be consumed within 14 days. Always consult your physician before starting a new herbal product, especially if you are pregnant or lactating, or have breast cancer.

Directions for Therapeutic Use: Make a 2 week supply for a therapeutic dose of 9oz of brewed tea per day: 1. Boil 132oz (1 gallon plus 4oz) of purified or distilled water in a large pot. 2. Add 4oz of loose Essiac powdered herbs (this is equal to a rounded 3/4 cup). 3. Simmer on medium heat for ten minutes. Stir occasionally and keep covered. 4. Remove from heat and let sit at room temperature for 4 to 12 hours, covered. 5. After 4-12 hours, stir well to create an even mixture and pour the entire contents into a clean glass bottle using a funnel, keeping the herbs in the mixture. DO NOT strain off the herbs for maximum results. These powdered herbs are fine enough to be taken as you drink the tea. Brewed Essiac may be added to juice or a smoothie. Refrigerate and drink cold or hot within 14 days. For best results drink on an empty stomach and use with Optimally Organic Fulvic Ionic Minerals X350.
